Conference Registration
Registration and accommodations are conducted through 1440 Multiversity. The conference registration fee is $450. See below for ACMHE member discount information and financial aid options.
On-site Accommodations: at the new 1440 Multiversity campus set in the Redwoods of Northern California. Equal parts learning and vacation, your time at this state-of-the-art campus includes daily wellness offerings, nourishing farm-to-table meals, and access to holistic amenities.
A note on arrival times: in order to attend the Friday morning contemplative practice offerings, which provide an opportunity for reflection prior to the start of the plenary sessions, we encourage arrival on Thursday evening–especially if you are traveling from far away. 1440 Multiversity offers both 3-night and 2-night lodging/registration options.
Financial Support
Current ACMHE members can receive $50 off the conference fee by using a special discount code at registration. Visit the ACMHE member portal to get the code. If you’re not yet an ACMHE member, or if your membership has lapsed, join today!
As of October 16th, 10 more Access Grants have become available. All other scholarships and grants are now closed and have been distributed, including the Contemplative Social Justice Scholarships. If other funding becomes available to support attendance, we will update this page and notify everyone on our mailing list. Access grants were available starting in Spring 2017 until the fund is depleted.

Access Grants
10 Additional Access Grants Available!
If your institution cannot contribute to your fees and travel expenses, we encourage you to apply for a grant. Access grants may cover up to half–that is, up to $200–of the registration fee. Priority will be given to applications from part-time faculty and staff, and participants from community colleges, HBCUs, TCUs, HSIs, and state schools who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference.
Please apply prior to registering for the conference. We will continue to accept applications and award access grants until the access grant fund is depleted. If we are able to award a grant, we will supply you with a unique coupon code to apply to your fee during online registration.
If you have applied for a grant, please DO NOT REGISTER for the conference until you have received your coupon code.
